My name is Carlos Portales, and I've been specializing in Medicare for 5 years. In 2022, I founded RUAH Insurance Services & Enrollment LLC. I graduated from UTRGV in 2017 with a degree in Exercise Science but shifted to healthcare, assisting seniors across the RGV, Houston, and San Antonio areas.
